Where do you deliver and how long will it take?
We offer nationwide delivery with metro areas included. Rural delivery may incur an additional fee.
Delivery takes 2-3 weeks post consent approval.

Please note: You’ll need your own forklift to unload the contents upon delivery.
What are your payment terms?

A 25% deposit is required within 5 working days of signing the contract. This secures all relevant plans, engineering specifications, and certificates.

A further 25% payment is due 5 working days prior to the start of manufacturing.

The final 50% payment is due 10 working days before the confirmed collection date of your steel building.
Can I build it myself?
If you’re pretty handy, you could manage, but we suggest getting a builder to help or contact our team, and we can organise this for you.
Do I need a building consent?
In many cases, yes—but it depends on several factors. The general rules for building consent exemptions are:

Location: Must be within a permitted zone

Floor Area: Up to 110m² maximum
-
Height: No more than 4 metres above floor level
-
Unsupported Roof Span: No greater than 6 metres in any direction
-
Public Access: Must not be accessible to the public
-
Wind Zone: Must not exceed a “high” wind zone or 44 m/s design wind speed
-
Setbacks: Must be at least its own height away from any house, public road, railway, or legal boundary
-
Engineer/LBP Involvement: Must be designed or reviewed by a Chartered Professional Engineer or Licensed Building Practitioner
