The Outcome
The Woodfield agricultural storage shed project, located in Rangiora, began in late October and was completed by early December, spanning a total of six weeks. The shed, designed for machinery storage and onion drying, features a partially open design with one-third enclosed on the prevailing weather side. Measuring 20 meters wide, 30 meters long, and with a knee height of 8.5 meters, the structure uses tapered welded structural steel portals and steel purlins. Customisations included additional wall cladding and enclosing further walls to meet the client's vision and requirements.
