Our structures are made from grade 390 steel, sourced from first class mills in Japan, South Korea, Germany, and India. Our steel is always traceable with mill certificates.

We use mainly a hot-dipped galvanised finish which provide highest protection available even in coastal environments, we can also provide epoxy paint systems as required.

We serve all of New Zealand.

We can create clear spans up to 100m wide and up to 30m eave height. However, multi spans are more common at this size.

Yes, but this is subject to your site location. We use a very unique leg swing lift design, which allows us to build the complete roof structure, including the roof sheeting and guttering, on the ground before lifting it onto the building. It’s not just quicker, it’s also far safer and can save you thousands of dollars.

There are no limitations when it comes to your build. Excellent design and planning are paramount and with Acero being our steel supplier, we can supply almost anything if it’s built with steel.

Our normal supply time 12 weeks to site, starting with two-week design phase, two weeks Tekla modelling & shop drawings phase, two weeks manufacturing & coatings phase & 4-6 week shipping.

The PEB system allows strength to be engineered into a structural design where it’s required and removed where it’s not. Optimised PEB engineered steel structures do offer a 15% reduction in total tonnage required compared to traditional UB structural steel builds.
