Our cold rolled steel range of kitset sheds services those who need additional storage at almost any size. Designed as Importance Level 2 (IL2) structures, these are not intended for habitable use.

Where do you deliver and how long will it take?
We offer nationwide delivery with metro areas included. Rural delivery may incur an additional fee.
Delivery takes 2-3 weeks post consent approval.
Not sure if we cover your location? Get in touch to check.
Please note: You’ll need your own forklift to unload the contents upon delivery.
What are your payment terms?

A 25% deposit is required within 5 working days of signing the contract. This secures all relevant plans, engineering specifications, and certificates.

A further 25% payment is due 5 working days prior to the start of manufacturing.

The final 50% payment is due 10 working days before the confirmed collection date of your steel building.
Can I build it myself?
If you’re pretty handy, you could manage but we suggest getting a builder to help or contact our team and we can organise this for you.
Do I need a building consent?
ProSteel will handle lodging the building consent on your behalf and manage any Council related queries that arise.
Please note, council consent fees are not included and will be passed on to you. These fees typically range from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on your council.
Along with the contract, ProSteel will provide a ‘Building Consent Requirement’ form. This one-page document helps gather site-specific details necessary for lodging the consent.
Can I install Solar on my kitset?
Yes! We work with a Solar Agent to get you the best deal. More information can be found on the Solar Solutions page.
Is my kitset customisable?
Within reason, yes. We offer the following options, but please contact us if you require something specific:
- Additional bay: open or enclosed bays with additional roller door
